Following the strategic agreements between “Nardis” company and the “Iranian Offshore Oil” Company (IOOC), and under the guidance of Nardis’s CEO, the project manager along with the technical and engineering team were deployed to the Foroozan offshore platform to conduct comprehensive field inspections and preliminary assessments.

Following the site visit, the current operational and infrastructural status of the Foroozan Offshore Complex underwent a rigorous technical evaluation. Consequently, the list of required materials, procurement requirements, and detailed cost estimates were finalized.

To expedite project progress and ensure seamless integration, several technical and management meetings were held between the project leadership and the client’s representatives to align on future execution plans and project milestones.
